Town Attorney

The Town Attorney is legal counsel to the Town Board. Duties include responsibility for the draft and review of all legislation adopted by the Town Board and for other legislative orders and resolutions adopted by the Town Board.

The Town Attorney is also responsible for contract review, certain personnel issues, and a variety of other matters for the Town.
